Barbell Club is here!

Get stronger, leaner, and healthier with a focus on fundamental lifts including squats, presses, and deadlifts.  Additional training in Olympic Weightlifting.  Training based on each individual’s current state of fitness and goals.  Youth ages 9 and above through adults are welcome to join the class.  Participants will be grouped based on age and ability.  Participants also granted access to all scheduled Open Gym classes with no additional fees during the term of their course(s).  Ask about combining this with our Game Speed clinics!
