Enhance athletic performance and improve overall health. Speed and agility training drills including sprint intervals, plyometrics, and work with cones, ladders, hurdles. Training based on each individual’s current state of fitness and goals. Youth ages 9 and above through adults are welcome to join the class. Participants will be grouped based on age and ability. Participants also granted access to all scheduled Open Gym classes with no additional fees during the term of their course(s). Ask about combining this with our Barbell Club!
