NBT Fit Performance Training
Fit Performance focuses on the physical aspect of the game. The program centers on soccer specific traits such as speed, agility, endurance, strength, flexibility, recovery, etc.
Fit Performance offers two training formats: small group and individual sessions. Small group trainings will be organized through scheduling availbility. Individual sessions can be scheduled for players that excess in 1v1 training environments.
The group sessions will take place at MWC Sports Complex every Sunday. Each group with have a maximum of 10 players per coach. Only middle school and high school athletes.
