Strength and Conditioning

Training Includes:
  • 6 week program meeting 2x per week (10 total sessions)

  • Dates: 1/4-2/10

  • When: Monday & Wednesday 6pm-7:30pm        

  • Age: Middle School / High School

  • Cost: $150

  • This program will focus on building the total athlete and is perfect for those who are looking to get a leg up on the competition. These training sessions will help to build a solid strength foundation for the athlete to excel in their sport. Each workout will be centered around building a stronger and more resilient athlete by improving:

  • Power

  • Full Body Strength

  • Speed 

  • Agility 

  • Mobility

  • To be season ready make sure to sign up as soon as possible as there are limited spots available!

About Patrick DellaPace:

Coach - Patrick DellaPace - I grew up in Florida where living an active lifestyle has been a part of my life since I can remember. At an early age I was able to compete in a variety of sports which gave me a passion for athletics and human movement. Through hard work & practice, I had the opportunity to play basketball at the collegiate level for two years. Post college I continued my fitness journey by pursuing long distance running up to the 100 mile distance. I've been in the fitness industry now for 10 years where I've trained athletes within a variety of sports, had several years of experience coaching bootcamp classes, managed 4 gyms, and continue to train clients both individually and in groups. I am an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and I look forward to helping you achieve your athletic goals to compete at the next level.
