The Carolina Grapple Girls consist of some of the best women wrestlers from the Western mountains to the Eastern beaches of North Carolina. They are competition proven and are looking for like-minded athletes to build their skills. Empower girls with the mental and physical tools to forge strong and confident women.
- These practices will consist of skill development, tactics, drilling, and wrestling.
- Athletes are placed into appropriate age and skill-based groups with small athlete to coach ratio to maximize effectiveness.
- Open to all girls, all skill levels, all ages.
SCHEDULE RATES
Sun, Oct 11 RZR members, Free
Sun, Oct 18 Drop-ins, $15 per session
Sun, Nov TBA MWC Waiver required
Sun, Dec TBA USAW Card required
All sessions 3 – 6pm Drink concessions available
