5 week program meeting 2x per week (10 total sessions) Dates: 11/2-12/10 When: Monday & Thursday 6pm-7:30pm (**Off Thanksgiving week**) Age: Middle School? Cost: $150 This program will focus on building the total athlete and is perfect for those who are looking to get a leg up on the competition. These training sessions will help to build a solid strength foundation for the athlete to excel in their sport. Each workout will be centered around building a stronger and more resilient athlete by improving: Power Full Body Strength Speed Agility Mobility To be season ready make sure to sign up as soon as possible as there are limited spots available!
